For individuals with musical abilities and a love of music. Weekly, Wednesday at 3:45 at the Community Centre. Rehearsal for Choir which performs at the weekly Vesper Service on Wednesday evenings.
A volunteer group that helps Fripp Island neighbors in need.
Five times a year live music concert series featuring a broad array of genres. Held at the Community Centre from Fall to Spring on Sundays at 5:00 pm, with a catered reception following each performance. Attendance is by annual membership or single-ticket purchase.

Fripp Friends by the numbers:
1. What? A new group of 12-16 people who call Fripp home (full or part-time) and meet once a month for approximately 2 hours from October through May.
2. Length of Commitment: 1 Fripp Friends year (October through May). You sign up to meet a new group of people each year!
3. How it works: Groups will be formed including full and part-time residents, couples, and singles giving a good mix to the group.
4. At the first meeting the group will decide when and where to meet and what to eat! Meeting options include Friends homes or porches, FICC, Savannah's, restaurants, or even the beach! Your group decides your meeting format!

843-539-9674 Fripp Island Sea Rescue is an all-volunteer organization based on Fripp Island, South Carolina. Our primary mission is to help boaters in distress. We conduct search, rescue and training operations in conjunction with Beaufort County 911, the Fripp Island Fire Department, South Carolina DNR, the US Coast Guard and other agencies
Volunteer organization training required. Individuals must be willing to commit to a 5-month morning patrol once a week from May to September.
Promoting cruising, fishing, boating and safe boating skills. Monthly events ranging from supporting local charities, outings and picnics, and boat inspection to a golf tournament and the formal Annual Commodore's Ball, our members participate in numerous fun and exciting activities. Owning a boat is not a prerequisite.
Fees: $35 Annual Dues per person
Weekly, Tuesday from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Community Centre.
